Richard has held senior European leadership roles within the world's largest telematics companies over the past 20 years.
Most recently he was a founding member of Europe's leading video telematics provider. As Commercial Director, he scaled the business from start-up to £23m turnover with 135 staff, operating primarily in the UK and USA.
Richard has also led M&A activity, prepared businesses for investment alongside investment banks, presented to VC and PE houses as well as private investors, and prepared full data rooms for investment due diligence.
