How our workstreams combine on real client engagements
From a single advisory day to a multi-year, fifteen-workstream programme — this is what board-level telematics and video telematics consultancy looks like in practice.
Featured engagement
Fifteen workstreams for a global vehicle safety technology manufacturer
A retained, board-level engagement supporting a leading international manufacturer of vehicle safety technology as it extended from hardware into a connected, subscription-based video telematics platform.
The challenge
The client had decades of hardware credibility — cameras, sensors and monitoring systems sold through OEM and aftermarket channels worldwide — and an ambition to add a cloud platform, AI video and recurring connected-services revenue. That required product, commercial, supplier and governance capabilities that a hardware business does not typically hold in-house, and it needed them without a lengthy permanent-hiring cycle.
Our role
RS Vision Consulting was engaged on a retained basis to provide senior product and commercial leadership across fifteen parallel workstreams, reporting to the leadership team and contributing directly to board materials. The scope spanned strategy, commercial, product, delivery and governance, with defined deliverables in each workstream.
